The military events in Ukraine on February 24, 2022, which exposed the imperial essence of Russia, clearly showed the strategic tasks before our state and nation. Ukrainian statehood faced a threat. The main epicenter of this threat is the very fact of the existence of the aggressive Russian Empire in the form of the “Russian Federation”, under which name the authoritarian and chauvinistic regime of kleptocrats actually operates.
The global geopolitical situation around Ukraine suggests the need to create an Anti-Imperial Bloc of Peoples, similar to the one that was founded by the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists on November 21-22, 1943 during the National Liberation War in the conditions of the Second World War at the 1st Conference of the Enslaved Peoples of Eastern Europe and of Asia, which took place in Buderaz in Volyn, underground, under the cover of the UPA. Rostyslav Voloshyn became the first chairman of ABN. At that time, representatives of Albanians, Belarusians, Bulgarians, Armenians, Georgians, Estonians, Latvians, Lithuanians, Slovaks, Turkmens, Hungarians, Croats and Czechs took part in its organization. The ideology and political platform of the ABN has become a convenient tool for the OUN to conduct anti-Russian, anti-imperial activities for decades.
Today, historical conditions are repeating themselves. Russia’s aggressive international policy is a threat to peace and stability throughout the world. Moscow gathers around itself terrorist, totalitarian and puppet regimes in different parts of the world, in countries such as Venezuela, Nicaragua, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, and Belarus. At the same time, Russia itself remains the same “prison of Europe”, as defined by outstanding thinkers of the 19th century. Ukraine should use the political experience of the OUN and create a new Anti-Imperial Block of Peoples with a coordination center in Kyiv. It is already necessary to start political contacts with the nationally conscious political elites, first of all, of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Mari-El, Mordovia (Erzya), Udmurtia, Chuvashia, Kalmykia, Kabarda, Chechnya (Ichkeria), the peoples of Dagestan, Cherkessia, Balkaria, Buryatia, Tuva, Yakutia. First of all, it is necessary to create informational Internet resources in the languages of the named peoples in order to regularly conduct a polylogue with them in the context of the deployment of a joint, pan-Eurasian strategy of political competition of various peoples living within the so-called “Russian Federation”, for their complete national liberation and the collapse of the Russian Empire.
The strategy and propaganda of the ABN should cover the entire space of Central-Eastern Europe and Eurasia, i.e. those geographical areas where the international, imperial influences of Moscow operate with particular force. Political representatives of ABN should become centers of permanent opposition to Moscow imperialism in this entire space. Only a radical reorganization of the political space of the current “Russian Federation” can permanently stop Russian imperialism, ensure reliable freedom for Ukraine and all peoples from the Adriatic to the Pacific Ocean.
Freedom for Nations! Freedom for individuals!
