In Russian regions, particularly in Yakutia, significant difficulties are being recorded with the recruitment of contract soldiers due to high casualties, low payments, and the reluctance of local authorities to support the mobilisation campaign.

Details: According to GUR, according to internal documents of the Russian Ministry of Defence, low selection rates are associated with insufficient regional payments and the reluctance of local authorities to facilitate the recruitment campaign. The average shortfall in selection points in Yakutia is about 40% of the norms established by Moscow.
Literally: “An additional factor in the failure is the significant losses among the local population, in particular representatives of certain ethnic groups — Yakuts, Evenks, and Evens, who are unwilling to die for the interests of Moscow.”
Details: It is noted that a similar situation is observed in other Far Eastern regions of the Russian Federation.
The DI emphasised that every Russian military man who does not want to die in the so-called “meat assaults” can save his life by contacting the “I Want to Live” project in Telegram.
