The thirty-first month of the war ends with the strikes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Toropets and Pochep and the Taiwan Declaration of the Post-Russia Forum of Free Peoples. The Kremlin orders to increase the number of its troops once again. Moscow’s elite crush each other in a battle for an online store. The elite of Russian political emigration is buzzing about the terrible Nevzlin, forgetting about the war and terror in their country.
Stunned by Toropets
The main event of the month was the explosions in Toropka, Tver. Missiles and projectiles, self-adjusting aerial bombs and fuel tanks intended for the war with Ukraine flew into the air. The grandiose fire was immediately compared to an atomic mushroom. The largest impression of the composition of ammunition shook the Russian Federation. The magnitude of the earthquake reached almost three points. But the war continued – without delay. The next day, another “Palyanytsia” crashed into the artillery barracks of the town of Pochep in the Bryansk Region.
A few days before the Toropetsk attack, the Kremlin’s TV propagandists themselves began to spread the topic of setting up a nuclear explosion somewhere in Russia. Beat your own, and suddenly strangers will be afraid – a typical approach of the Kremlin. But while they reasoned, there were two blows in a row. Do you want explosions? Both hands, please. Are you afraid? That is understandable.
Cossacks stand in line
Victory over Putinism will not be easy. Pokrovsk and Kupyansk are still under threat. There is unrest in the Toretsk and Ughledar regions, and in the Zaporizhzhia region, the Russian troops have pushed back in the area of Gulyaipol, which is sacred to anarchists. The attempted counteroffensive in Kurshchyna did not bring much success. Armed Forces’ manoeuvre strikes disrupt plan after plan. The Russian administration had to announce the evacuation of two more districts.
The Kremlin is looking for a solution in the usual way: to drive new parties of subjects into the furnace. Putin signed a decree on increasing the number of armed forces personnel in the Russian Federation. If earlier it amounted to 2,209,130 people (including 1,320,000 military personnel), now it has 2,389,130 people (including 1,500,000 military personnel). In addition to others, it is planned to call the Russian Cossacks under the gun.
Who would have thought that lovers of wearing Kubanka and Circassian caps in parades would be required to shed real blood? Well, sorry, you volunteered to serve evil – please pay. Including life. So far, this is the most significant summary of four months of Belousov military reforms. In addition to the massive arrests of Shoigu’s generals.
Generals need mobilization. Putin does not yet dare. He and his camarilla are not mistaken about the real attitude of the deep-seated masses towards them. “Mogilization” (transl. – preparing an increasing number of gravestones) can become a point of detonation. When they go for it – and where they go, the front itself dictates – this is when the machine of truly mass terror will turn on. With special forces, internal security and blocking units. Then the real answer will be heard – a mass gang uprising in yards and courtyards. A revolutionary situation is when the top and the bottom have nothing left to lose.
Wild berries of Moscow
The mode of graveyard stability cultivates the super nineties. The founders of the Wildberries company, Vladyslav and Tetiana Bakalchuk, celebrate the Year of the Family, announced by the Kremlin resident. True, others die – but in their mini-war, spouses.
Back in the summer, dollar billionaires Vladyslav and Tetiana went on a campaign against each other. The wife authorized the takeover of the online store Wildberries (translated from the Anglo-Saxon saying: “Wild berries”) by advertising operator Russ. The agreement was concluded – informally, but significantly – by a billionaire with a higher rank: Suleiman Kerimov, a member of the Federation Council from Dagestan, one of Putin’s closest investors.
The man was suddenly left with only one per cent. He did not like it. Vladyslav Bakalchuk was supported by Kadyr Khan. But the head of Chechnya, it seems, did not notice how his once steep roof had leaked and seeped through. In vain he guaranteed a decision in favour of Vladyslav Bakalchuk. Not only Kerimov spoke up for Tetyana Bakalchuk’s side (there were quite a few of them). The merger of Wildberries and Russ was authorized by Maksym Oreshkin, who oversaw the economy of the presidential administration. The head of the administration, Anton Vaino, visited. Vladimir Putin approved.
On 18 September, Vladyslav’s desire to defend his interests led him to the head office of Wildberries. Tatyana’s men opened fire to defeat. Two corpses. Seven were wounded (among them Chechen martial artists, blessed by Kadyrov). Bakalchuk is in torture chambers on charges of murder and self-government. Think because you have to. “Who did you open your mouth to?! I thought it was only possible for my grandmother?!
This is Putin’s stability. This is Russian politics. Today, there is no other – attention to the “Apple” party and Khodorkov followers. Here it is, the split of the elites, desired by many Russian opposing liberals. Such is the regime, such is the split of the elites. They did not include anyone else.
Combined with the Kursk “feats” of Apti Alaudinov, the Moscow shooting testifies to the weakening of the positions of the once all-powerful and now ridiculous Ramzan Kadyrov. On the other hand, mechanisms of interaction between the central government and local “satraps” (despots) are slipping. The Kremlin is no longer finding other ways to influence the situation, except to give the go-ahead to Tetyana Volodymyrivna’s bodyguards.
New prospects are opening up for the Chechen national liberation movement. And not only in front of Chechen.
Heroes vs. bastards, nations vs. empires
Realizing the danger, the Kremlin furiously pursues national activists. For example, the former head of the All-Tatar Community Centre, Zinnur Agliullin, was recently detained in Naberezhny Chuvny. They are trying to incite inter-ethnic enmity. The organization was recognized as extremist in August.
In neighbouring Bashkortostan, the prosecution of those involved in the “Baymatskaya case” continues. In particular, a week ago Buranbay Abushahmin and Danis Haysin’s detention was extended until 17 December. In less than a month, the cassation appeal of Ramila Saitova, who is currently in prison, will be considered. Imprisoned for speaking her mind. For human rights defenders, this is a marker that he must be saved. However, the Armenians who beat the “SVO veterans” in the Ilishiv district in May, and the guards of the Ufa night club, who flagged down the same “veteran” in June, are also worthy of protection. The same can be said about the boys, who at the end of May kicked another “SVOloch” (transl. – a member of the Special Military Operation team) in Saransk. In August, the Putin state initiated a criminal case against the heroes of Mordovia.
This happens not only in national regions. In early September, for example, two residents of Oleksandrov, Volodymyr region, were arrested. Another member of “SVO” was severely beaten. Interestingly, the third suspect (a minor) disappeared outside the Russian Federation.
Survivors on the fronts of the bandit war, quite reasonably fear for their lives in the rear. No wonder a “psychological relief office” was opened for them in Kyzyly. It’s just unlikely to help. You won’t have time to unload in the office, as the streets will be loaded again.
Each strike on a specific carrier of “imperial scraps” is a small but important step towards the elimination of the prison of nations. The other day in the city of Taipei – the capital of Taiwan, Free China – the Forum of Free Peoples Post-Russia was held. A declaration was adopted: the state entities known as “the Russian Federation” and “the People’s Republic of China” are subject to decolonization, and the lands seized by them are subject to de-occupation. Today, the main field of liberation struggles is in Ukraine. All forces – to help the Armed Forces. So that the Kremlin’s aggression does not spread to other countries, it is necessary to build a trans-Pacific alliance.
Symbolic choice of forum location. Taiwan was and remains the centre of the World League for Freedom and Democracy – the World Anti-Communist League. Which was created in 1966 with the active participation of the Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations. In the last century, ABN and VAKL won. They will win even in the current era.
Regimes like Putin’s have always feared strongmen. But they are even more afraid of strong nations. The unification of nations is the key to the collapse of empires. And retribution to the imperials.
Inconclusive investigations
While some are fighting against Moscow’s aggression, others are entertained by revelations of the evil nineties and other fun “Dom-2”. FBK successfully promotes the legacy of Oleksii Navalny. Now the main enemy of these great investigators is Leonid Nevzlin. Who allegedly ordered the beating of Leonid Volkov in Vilnius. At the same time, Ivan Zhdanov was in Geneva. And Oleksandra Petrachkova in Buenos Aires. Nevzlin’s shadow covers the Atlantic on both shores.
There is no 100% proof. Also, no refutation. Is it possible to understand those who are convinced of Nevzlin’s guilt: how can one not be beaten, if all one asks for is one’s appearance? But on the other hand, why? Leonid Borisovych already had enough to do. To help the Armed Forces, for example.
Loud accusations caused the reaction of many famous people. Kostyantyn Kagalovsky reminded everyone that he recently transferred half a million dollars to FBK – therefore, he has a moral right… He shamed Volkov. He called Maria Pevchykh a full-on fool (here he seems to have got confused: Volkov was beaten). Maksym Kats emphasized the persuasiveness of FBK’s version. Mykhailo Khodorkovsky expressed a special opinion: either his friend has gone mad, or we are seeing a Chekist provocation, and Nevzlin is not to blame. Viktor Shenderovych expressed himself similarly, but as a second option, he noted that FBK managers could also have gone crazy (but, after all, they fell for the Kremlin’s raffle). Leonid Nevzlin indignantly rejects fiction about himself.
A sea of thoughts. Knowledgeable sources in Russia shrug their shoulders: they say, not Leonid’s level (of course, not about Volkov’s speech). But they do not rule out that in a rush of civic feelings, someone could express a certain attitude towards the leadership of FBK. In the third year of Putin’s bloody aggression, he calls for an increase in turnout in the Russian “elections”, exposes the evil of the nineties, keeps a distance from the armed struggle and attacks the “decolonizers”. That means it is specifically embedded in Putin’s discourse. Not to mention the muddy games with the “stabbing” elites of the Russian Federation.
The future of Russia and post-Russia will be determined by other people. For whom war is a heavy duty of resistance, but not fear. Their choice is made. Not in Putin’s elections, not in the ballot box to which the FBK calls.
