A military mutiny may break out in the aggressor country of Russia. It may arise when the Russian occupiers realize that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is using their dark side.
This opinion was expressed by the former deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Reserve Major General Viktor Yagun in an interview with Glavred. He notes that part of the occupying army does not understand what it is doing in the war.
“At a certain point, the military (Russian – ed.) will understand that they are being used in the dark. Putin tried to carry out similar events in Ukraine, but we have a completely different situation. The Ukrainian military is conscious, they understand what they are defending and why they are at the front. But among the Russians, the situation is different – a certain category of their military, especially the lower ranks, does not understand what they are doing in the war,” said Yagun.
According to him, one part of the Russian occupiers came to fight in Ukraine to avoid problems, another is happy with the blood, and the third is making money from the war.
“But the vast majority do not understand at all what kind of war it is and what the Russians are doing here. They don’t understand whom they are freeing and from what when they are not loved here,” he said.

Can Russia collapse?

Washington and Beijing are interested in the fact that the Russian Federation does not collapse, because its collapse will create chaos on a huge territory and an incomprehensible situation with nuclear arsenals.
