Erkheten Dorzhi Dugarov, co-chairman of the democratic movement Buryaad-Mongol, and Daavr Dorzhin, member of the Congress of the Oirat-Kalmyk People, spoke on the air of the FREEDOM TV channel about the issues raised by society during the discussion of the issue of the sovereignty of the indigenous peoples of Russia, and emphasized that the format of the federation in the Russian Federation has become obsolete.
