There are several common arguments against the collapse of Russia.
They are all based on misinformation, assumptions, manipulation and Russian propaganda. One of them is that the defeat of the Russian Federation will lead to division, chaos and civil war.
Currently, we do not see any will to implement the scenario of post-Putin democratization on the part of the majority of Russian citizens and, what is especially important, on the part of the Russian elites. A stable democracy requires stable party politics based on the fact that parties as organizations must be separated from individuals. What do we see in Russia? There is no liberal tradition here, and it is not being formed. A modern personalist dictatorship reigns in the country. Who and how can change the situation in Moscow and contribute to the collapse of the Russian Federation?!
The formation of independent states by nations living on the territory of today’s Russia is a desired result. Is this scenario not guaranteed? Russia’s “deep state” is a mafia network of the FSB/KGB.
Since Muscovy has many more people it can send to kill and die in Ukraine, we don’t have “as much as it takes” time. Ukraine needs much more support immediately. During World War II, the democracies supported Stalin to defeat Hitler, even though both regimes were abhorrent.
In order to defeat a fierce enemy, you need to know all his weaknesses and strengths. In the programme, we will try to highlight the attitudes of Russians, Putin’s “course”, and our strategies.
