At the next plenary meeting, I expect that my colleagues will support the creation of our Temporary Special Commission, which will deal with the national movements of the enslaved nations of the Russian Federation. I want to explain in more detail what we are striving for and why I initiated the creation of such a platform at the level of the parliament. Our key tasks:
1. To develop connections with enslaved peoplesKeep your friend close and your enemy even closer. And if the enemy himself came close to us, then the free representatives of the Caucasus, Siberia, Tatarstan and other enslaved regions should be our friends. I emphasize: I am not talking about those non-Russians who become cannon fodder on Ukrainian soil, but about Chechens, Ossetians, and Ingush people who are not conquered by Russian propaganda. And some even serve in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and valuable continue the cause of Dzhokhar Dudayev and his brothers – to fight for our freedom and yours.I am convinced that such people should become the basis of future free states on the territory of temporarily existing Russia. And we already need to start developing ties with them and a common vision of future existence: recognition of borders and agreements on non-aggression should become the basis of this.2. To change the international vision of Russia’s disintegrationThe free world wants a Ukrainian victory. However, there are still differences in its ultimate vision. Unfortunately, a large number of our partners are wary of the disintegration of the Russian Federation into different states, as was the case in 1991 with the USSR: then, for example, the USA believed that it was easier to negotiate with one big Soviet Union than with a large number of independent republics. However, this is a false vision. the Russian Federation must break up into separate independent states, otherwise the history of the bloody empire will repeat itself again. And this is unlikely to be beneficial to anyone.
Maria Mezentseva , the deputy of our TSC , is the head of the Ukrainian delegation to the PACE, Nikita Poturaev is the vice-president of the OSCE PA, Yevheniya Kravchuk is the head of the culture, education and media committee of the OSCE PA, Ihor Huz is the co-chair of the friendship group with the Lithuanian Seimas. It is important for us to communicate this topic with international partners, colleagues should help in this and convey our vision that ethnic groups within the Russian Federation are under occupation, which is also legally established.
The ultimate goal is to participate in a restructuring that will most likely lead to the collapse of a state structure that simply cannot last much longer. The disintegration of Russia can be either sudden or an extremely long process. However, we have already prepared the ground for this. In a world of liberal values, terror will definitely lose. And we, as a people, have already taken responsibility for this.
