Being part of the Russian Federation, the inhabitants of the Urals are deprived of fundamental rights and freedoms, including equality of all before the law, the right to life and personal integrity, freedom from illegal arrest or detention, freedom of belief and conscience, the right to self-determination and the right to protest. Officials and oligarchs of Putin’s regime take the Urals for export, money to Moscow, and people to the front, leaving the future generations of the Urals with a destroyed ecology, poverty and loneliness. The intellectual and industrial potential could glorify the Urals to the whole world as one of the leaders of human progress. Instead, in the backyards of the empire, the Urals serve the foreign interests of the Moscow tsar.
The Uralians have no other way but to declare war on Putin’s terrorist regime. The Ural Liberation Movement announces the creation of the Ural Volunteer Battalion and the Ural Republican Army.
The Ural Volunteer Corps is being created for combat operations as part of the Armed Forces to counter the Putin regime’s attack on Ukraine and the future, after our joint victory, to establish peace on the territory of the Urals.
The Ural Republican Army is being created for guerrilla warfare in the Urals with the aim of destroying the structures of the Putin regime and transferring power from Putin’s thieves and idiots to the hands of normal Ural people.
Our goals: the declaration of a sovereign Ural state based on democratic principles, the creation of conditions for the adoption of the constitution of the Ural state in the course of the free will of the people, the trial of war criminals and the execution of the sentence.
Freedom to the people! Death to empires!
