The human rights project is aimed at demonstrating to international human rights organizations, politicians and the community as a whole the scale of oppression in Russia, as well as the systematic suppression of civil society, democratic values and foundations, such as freedom of speech and expression, freedom of thought, freedom of personal inviolability, protection of the rights of indigenous people inhabiting the territory of the Russian Federation and much more. All people presented at the exhibition are officially recognized as political prisoners by the international human rights organization “Memorial”. Also at the Exhibition, they will present political prisoners of ethnic Ukrainians, who were imprisoned only because they are Ukrainians and spoke out against the war. The topic of Ukrainian prisoners of war and political prisoners of the Crimean Tatars will be touched upon.
It is important for us that the voice of the people imprisoned in Russia is heard throughout the world! These human rights exhibitions have already taken place in Brussels, Kyiv, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Germany, and Denmark. This exhibition will also take place in Norway, Canada and America.
We are waiting for everyone! We invite you for coffee, tea and buns.
