Russia is one of the last classical empires in the world. Throughout the history of its existence, this entity (the Russian Empire, the USSR, the Russian Federation) has conquered and subjugated indigenous peoples and continues to do so today. The unleashed military aggression against Ukraine has led to the largest humanitarian catastrophe in Europe over the past half century.
The civilized countries of the world are obliged to stop the aggressor and eliminate the Russian threat once and for all. To do this, it is pointless to change the Russian sign from dictator Putin to any Russian liberal. To eliminate the threat, it is necessary to realize the disintegration of Russia into dozens of independent states, to return all the annexed territories to their owners, Crimea and Donbass to Ukraine, Kaliningrad to Germany, the Kuril Islands to Japan.
All the indigenous colonized peoples of Russia must gain independence and thereby realize their inalienable right to self-determination. Only in the event of the collapse of Russia, which will occur as a result of the Great Troubles, the threat of the use of nuclear weapons will not be realized. Russia will not strike on its own. Therefore, it is necessary to support and invest in the national and regional liberation movements in Russia.
The G20 states should divide the territory of Russia into spheres of influence and control the process of disintegration so that it proceeds peacefully and according to a civilized scenario.
