The video, which the military broadcast to “Caution, News,” was filmed on the night of January 13. According to our information, it shows employees of military unit No. 41680, whom the command beat and then handcuffed to the handrails. The men spent several days in an immobilized state: during this time they were not fed (colleagues shared energy drinks, water, juices) and were not allowed to go to the toilet, which is why they had to use a bottle. As the men said, after one of them was sent to the front line, the other escaped.
According to the military, this measure was taken “due to inspections” in the unit. The soldier who shot the video has been unavailable for several days. As his colleagues said, the command tried to jam the Internet so that the videos could not be circulated. Before he disappeared from communication, the author of the video told his colleagues that they “wanted to liquidate him.”
