On 7 June, the Supreme Court of Imperial Russia, at the request of the Ministry of Justice, issued a decision recognizing the so-called “Anti-Russian Separatist Movement” as an extremist organization, which de facto does not exist. This is nonsense: on July 25, the Ministry of Justice updated its list and included the organizations listed in paragraph 109 as “structural divisions.” Here, regional organizations and banned parties from the republics and regions of the empire are already visible.
The Kremlin imperialists with the Ministry of Justice saw a threat from the leaders of regional movements who speak openly on international discussion platforms worldwide. The congress of a prominent organization like the Free Nations League took place in Estonia in the spring of 2024, and the Аnti-imperial Block of Nations also held a World Congress, which took place in the summer of 2024 in Kaunas (Lithuania).
Permanent forums of the free states of post-Russia are held on a regular basis all over the world. International conferences and forums on the collapse of the failed federation called Russia greatly frighten and alarm Muscovy, since for the chauvinists of Russia this is the worst scenario, that the empire will cease to exist. As the coordinator of the Baltic Republican Party banned in the Russian Empire and a member of the Free Nations League, I understand that many regional organizations and parties have a window of opportunity for the collapse of the empire. To influence the public in the republics and regions through information and media.
Most importantly, I believe that the recent protest rallies and pickets dedicated to the Week of Captive Nations, held under the auspices of the League of Free Nations, was a powerful trigger for the Ministry of Justice, as a result of which 55 structural divisions were included in this state document. As a member of the League of Free Nations, I see that our organization is included in this list, as well as our regional Baltic Republican Party, which was once officially registered. There is a clear understanding that activists who support movements from the list of the Ministry of Justice will be persecuted within the failed federation.
