The organizational and political basis of the ABN was laid at the secret Conference of Enslaved Nations of Eastern Europe and Asia, held on 21-22 November 1943 in the village of Buderazh in the Rivne region at the initiative of the leadership of the revolutionary OUN. Delegates representing 13 nations of the USSR – Ukrainians, Belarusians, Georgians, Armenians, Tatars, Ossetians, Azerbaijanis, Uzbeks, Kazakhs, Circassians, Kabardians, Chuvash, Bashkirs (almost all of them spoke under pseudonyms) – agreed on a joint struggle against the two empires – USSR and Nazi Germany. After the Second World War, ABN turned into a broad international organization, which largely contributed to the collapse of the USSR.
In 2023, on the initiative of the OUN(B), it was revived as the Anti-Imperial Block of Nations. Its goal is the collapse of the Russian Federation, national revolutions of enslaved nations, and the creation of independent states on the ruins of the “prison of nations.”
Fund 19 will be supplemented with materials from conferences and meetings of the ABN, the European Freedom Council (EFC), the World Anti-Communist League (WACL), the Scottish League for European Freedom, and other organizations, as well as correspondence, appeals to the governments and parliaments of countries around the world, analytical materials on the state of the struggle of enslaved nations against Moscow, instructions on methods and orders, contacts and addresses of national associations of enslaved nations, etc.
These documents, which contain the rich experience of the struggle against the Evil Empire of previous generations of revolutionaries, will be useful in the current activities of the Anti-Imperial Block of Nations.
Separately, through the ABN Correspondence website, we appeal to those good people who have documents from ABN activities in their hands, with a request to transfer them to the Archives of the OUN.
Relying on the experience of our predecessors – we will destroy the Moscow prison of nations!
