On 27 September 2025, as a result of a successful operation by the Ukrainian Defence Ministry’s Special Operations Command, with the support of the Caucasus Liberation Movement, three “Russian Guardsmen” were eliminated on the territory of the aggressor state – near the settlement of Tambukan, Stavropol Territory.
A lieutenant colonel of the “Russian Guard” who led a group of the enemy special forces unit “Avangard” was eliminated, as well as the assistant and driver of the Russian leader.
A group of Muscovites was heading to the training ground, but never arrived.
