The portal “People of Baikal” drew attention to the fact that in Buryatia, the Orel and Voronezh regions, on the same day, 29 December 2023, decrees were signed to create headquarters to prevent the threats of the emergence and spread of separatism, nationalism, mass unrest and the commission of extremist crimes. As indicated on the website of the government of the Oryol region, at an unscheduled meeting of the anti-terrorism commission, Governor Andrei Klychkov formulated the main tasks of the headquarters: “Attention should be focused on the safety of citizens, preventing threats of terrorist attacks, the readiness of operational forces, ensuring anti-terrorist protection of objects and territories,” as well as ensuring security and order during the presidential elections. The decree of the governor of the Voronezh region noted that the headquarters for the fight against separatism and nationalism was created on behalf of the president at a meeting held in October last year.
The headquarters included regional heads, government members, heads of regional law enforcement agencies, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the Federal Penitentiary Service. Religious figures and scientists were also included in Buryatia.
This news tells us that the national liberation movement of the nations, enslaved by Moscow is becoming a serious factor in the future and unconditional collapse of Putin’s Russia.
