Residents of the Ulyun, Ulyukchikan and Yarikta uluses of the Barguzin district confirmed this. According to residents, on 25 March, they were scolded by the head of the Ulyunsky rural settlement, which includes these uluses.
The head of the settlement, Nikolai Baglaev, told LB that men are invited to annual training camps. The military registration and enlistment office of the Barguzin district confirmed that summonses were distributed in the area. But how many people received them he did not answer.
“This is not a summons to war, this is a mobilization reserve,” explained the military registration and enlistment office. — Everyone who is part of it goes to training camps every year. It happens once a year, it happens every month.”
The training camp, as they said at the military registration and enlistment office, will take place at a military unit in Ulan-Ude for 10-15 days, then the men will return home.
If you have received a summons and want to protect yourself from a possible wave of mobilization, you can write to our bot @LudiBaikalaBot or lawyer Vladimir Budaev. (https://www.instagram.com/warlock_helmit)
