On March 21, 2024, experts of the Ukrainian National Centre for Strategic Studies Yuriy Syrotyuk, Yuriy Oliynyk and Oleksandr Chupak held a working meeting with the diplomatic corps of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ukraine.
At the meeting, they presented the study “THE LIQUIDATION OF THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE” and discussed the true essence of the Moscow system, and how Ukraine and its European allies can accelerate the collapse of the empire.
